Payment Policy
All projects require a 50% advance to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is payable before the final delivery of edited content.
Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each cycle. Payments must clear within 3 working days, failing which the schedule may be paused.
Accepted modes: UPI, NEFT/IMPS, RTGS, and major credit/debit cards via secure gateways. International clients can pay via wire transfer or Stripe.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. GST will be added to the final invoice as per applicable law.
Delivery Timelines
Standard reel delivery: 5–7 working days from the shoot date.
Long-form YouTube videos: 7–10 working days from the shoot date.
Brand commercials and high-production projects: timelines are agreed upfront and shared in the project schedule.
Delays caused by client-side feedback, asset approvals, or scope changes will move the timeline accordingly.
Revisions
One-time packages include 1 round of revisions per piece of content (reel, video, or poster).
Monthly retainers include up to 2 rounds of revisions per piece.
Additional revision rounds are billed at standard editor rates, communicated and approved before any extra work begins.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the first edit. Beyond this window, the project is considered closed.
Raw Footage
Raw, unedited footage is the intellectual and operational property of SingleTake Studio.
We retain raw footage for 30 days post-final delivery for backup and revision purposes. Beyond this, files may be archived or deleted.
Raw footage can be released to the client for an additional fee, agreed before the shoot. Hard drives or transfer fees are billed separately.
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled shoot: 70% refund of the advance.
Cancellations within 3–6 days of the shoot: 30% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot: no refund. Crew, equipment, and locations are pre-booked and non-recoverable.
Monthly retainers can be paused or cancelled with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
Copyright & Usage
Final delivered content is fully owned by the client for use across their owned channels (Instagram, YouTube, website, ads).
SingleTake retains the right to feature finished projects on our portfolio, social handles, and showreels — unless the client has signed an NDA.
Music, stock footage, and licensed assets are cleared for the agreed platforms only. Re-use beyond the agreed scope may require additional licensing.
Any content published by the client must not be modified in a way that misrepresents the original creative intent.
Shoot Conditions
A shoot day is up to 6 working hours of on-location filming, including setup and break time.
Overtime is billed in 1-hour increments at agreed hourly rates. Overtime must be approved on-set before continuing.
Locations, permissions, props, talent, and styling are arranged by the client unless explicitly included in the package scope.
The client is expected to ensure a safe, professional environment for the crew. SingleTake reserves the right to abandon a shoot if conditions are unsafe.
Emergency Situations & Force Majeure
In the event of natural calamities, government restrictions, severe weather, illness, or other force-majeure events, shoots are rescheduled without penalty to either party.
Pre-booked locations, travel, or talent fees that are non-refundable will be discussed transparently and shared appropriately.
If a SingleTake crew member is unable to attend due to a personal emergency, a like-for-like replacement will be arranged or the shoot rescheduled within 14 days.
Confidentiality
All briefs, scripts, and assets shared with us are held in strict confidence. We do not share client materials with third parties without written approval.
We are happy to sign mutual NDAs at the start of any engagement on request.
Limitation of Liability
SingleTake's liability is limited to the value of the engagement under contract. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational damage.
Final approval of content sits with the client. Once approved, SingleTake is not liable for performance, reach, or audience reaction.
